Pre-College Design Program Application Guidelines

Follow these three steps to complete and submit your application for the 2020 Pre-College Design Program. Please note that the application deadline has been extended to May 15, 2021

We offer two sessions: one from June 14 through June 25, 2021, and the second from July 12 through July 23, 2021.

Step 1

Submit application, parental release form, essay, and high school transcript

Unofficial transcripts (for example, a grade report retrieved from the school website) are acceptable.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance through the email address listed on the application. Please list a regularly-monitored email account.

Step 2

Register

Upon acceptance in the program, you will be directed to our online registration page. You will be notified of our decision starting April 1st. Please make sure you complete all the required fields marked by an asterisk symbol to avoid any errors during the submission.

Step 3

Payment Guidelines

The total program fee is $450 and a deposit of $250 is due at the time of registration and will be applied to the total program cost. The remaining balance is due May 20, 2021.

We accept credit card payments only (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover). Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from GT Marketplace. Upon successful completion of the payment order, your credit card statements will show "Ga Tech Market Place".

A number of scholarships are available for students applying to each program. Follow the link below for qualification details and to apply. This is separate from, and in addition to, the program application.
