Bill Kennedy was a long-serving Atlanta planner and zoning administrator who spent his career planning the city with purpose. He believed in creating an environment built for people and cared deeply about neighborhoods and preservation. He was skilled in integrating the needs of stakeholders and achieving consensus and fair outcomes. His integrity defined him both in his public service and personal life. His legacy is honored through the William F. Kennedy, Jr. Fellowship.
