Faculty and students may use any college audio/visual equipment after providing the facilities manager with the date, time and place the equipment is to be used.
Equipment may be used only for instructional purposes or specific college functions.
Anyone who checks equipment out that is being used for off-site presentations must fill out an Equipment Loan Agreement form, have it signed by the director and given to the Facilities Manager. This person is also responsible for its return.
To guarantee availability of equipment, two days notice should be given.
